Start from scratch and build the town home of your dreams.

🔨 House Building Guide

Claim Your Site & Plan the Plot
1Claim Your Site & Plan the Plot
You receive your starter home in the Home Sweet Home area during the intro quests, with three plots to begin with. Walk the lot before building anything: decide where the house, garden, and crop rows will live, and remember that your first-floor footprint caps the size of every story above it.
Unlock Expansion Through the D.G.
2Unlock Expansion Through the D.G.
Additional plots are gated behind your Developer's Guild Member Level. Earn Contribution Medals from Mayor Atara's five daily Resident Requests, then open the watch menu, find the D.G. app's plot icon, select a plot, and pay Gold to confirm. Reported unlock milestones include D.G. Levels 4, 6, 8, 11, 14, and 16.
Gather Building Materials
3Gather Building Materials
Stockpile before you build: wood and timber from trees, branches from bushes, and stone and ore from nodes near your plots and roadsides. Premium pieces need Rare Timber from the giant trees in the Suburbs, Roaming Oak Timber, or Flawless Fluorite — the last two are capped at 3 per day and relocate at each 6:00 AM reset, so check the community's daily-location posts instead of searching blind.
Raise the Structure in Build Mode
4Raise the Structure in Build Mode
Open the Builder Tablet on your property to enter build mode. Place walls, floors, doors, windows, and stairs; use half-walls to divide rooms without blocking light. Each floor needs its own walls and flooring. Nothing is permanent — take down and redo freely, and store unused furniture instead of deleting it.
Craft Furniture at the Workbench
5Craft Furniture at the Workbench
The Workbench unlocks after the intro quests and turns blueprints plus materials into furniture. New recipes come from D.G. levels, quests, events, and Bob's Furniture Store, whose stock rotates — rare blueprints can sell out to other players, so sweep the shop daily. Common supplies like nails, fabric, and glass are usually cheaper to buy at Ka-Ching's General Store than to make.
Decorate & Finish
6Decorate & Finish
Place major furniture first — bed, storage, tables, work areas — then layer in decor, wall paint, and lighting (overhead plus lamps). Finish the yard with pathways, fences, planters, and fountains. Completing themed sets grants real gameplay buffs, so finish rooms set by set, then save the result as a Blueprint you can reload even after a full demolition.

The yard is part of the same build mode: flower beds, planters, trees, fountains, pathways, and fences. Outdoor furniture sets boost gardening efficiency, so a beautiful garden literally grows better crops.

🧱 Materials & Resources

Branch Branch Bushes everywhere; foraging spawns refresh at the 6:00 AM daily reset. Five branches also craft a Repair Kit.
Timber Timber Chop standard trees in any region, especially forests. Trees regrow on their own timers, independent of the daily reset.
Quality Timber Quality Timber Palm trees along beaches and the coast (Purple Light Beach is a reliable run). Respawns on its own growth timer.
Rare Timber Rare Timber Giant trees in the Suburbs (between Plots 4–5 and near Plot 1); about a 2-hour respawn, and not every chop yields one. Also sold in the Acorn Store.
Roaming Oak Timber Roaming Oak Timber Help Oak-Oak, the walking tree, after the "Astralis in Forest" quest. Capped at 3 per day; relocates at each daily reset — check community daily-location posts.
Flawless Fluorite Flawless Fluorite Daily-rotating glowing crystal node near home plots and roadsides, unlocked by "Astralis in Onsen Mountain". Limit 3 per day; the node wiggles when you approach.
Stone & Ore Stone & Ore Loose stone needs no tool — look near home plots, roadsides, and cliffs. Ore is mined from rock nodes; better pickaxes unlock deeper, richer nodes.
🎋 Bamboo Bamboo groves in the Amazing Forest (Jump Puzzle area). The base material for Asian-style furniture and fences.
